You are so cute! And comfortable! The protector below looked strange in the photo, but in real life it does not stand out. I actually prefer the profile because it makes slipping almost impossible! The heel isn't too high and to be honest I hardly felt like I was wearing heels.

The straps should be attached with a loop on the webbing itself...guess that part is not attached. Once you take them off, that part can be lost and you won't be able to close the straps, making this shoe unusable. Very unhappy with this purchase but hopefully it was a factory issue and not a general issue. Too bad because I really liked her :(
