I've rewatched every fake fire show. There are many posts where people claim that this is not bent steel. In my not so experienced but somewhat studied experience. I have a feeling it's bent steel. They are very sharp. They are beautiful. I think they were a great purchase! Highly recommended!

The knives themselves seem good. They are quite sharp and quite comfortable to hold as well as slice, slice and dice but for me it's 1 star because again a product from China which is straight forward in their description. Can we get a filter that filters out products from China or what?

This set of knives is ideal for the novice cook. They are lightweight and easy to use. So you can cut and chop for a long time without getting tired. My only concern is durability. They're a little thinner than my Wüsthof, but not by much. On the plus side, they hold their edge almost as long as Wüsthof. The block looks great on the countertop and the scissors are a great addition. Overall, you can't beat the price for what you get.

These knives came from the factory very short. I also have a set of Wüsthof knives. In my opinion, the quality of the steel does not correspond to the quality of the Wüsthof knife. However, the price is unbeatable and the workmanship is good. I've been using them for about 3-4 months and I can't find any flaws. They come in a nice block and sit very nicely on the counter. The damask trim is real damask, not laser engraved.

When we get knives they are incredibly sharp, except for scissors they are useless because they don't cut anything. They are not real damascus, they are laser engraved because the pattern doesn't extend beyond the blade. Another problem is that they will rust if left wet for some time. I really liked this knife set. The price was just right for what I was looking for. The knives came very sharp out of the box which was great. When I first use it, I'll be slicing chips off a santoku knife. The chef's knife looks like it's about to break too. Can't say enough about this knife set. Arrived on time, the box had the usual shipping marks, but each knife was made of protective plastic with an extra protective cap on the tip of each. I looked at each one as I placed them on a beautiful birch wood stand. No item damaged. Absolutely beautiful to look at in our renovated kitchen. They are SUPER SHARP.
