🚽 Danco 80816 Complete Toilet Repair Kit: Reliable Fill Valve, Efficient Flapper, Durable Rod, Float Replacement - White Review

I have an old toilet and the ball part of the fill valve broke one day. I ordered this unit on a whim, hoping I wouldn't have to call the home warranty provider. This repair kit and a few YouTube videos enabled me to replace the inflation valve myself. Just make sure you have a wrench big enough to fit the base of the hose in the kit so you can get the tight seal you need (I learned this the hard way). Otherwise it worked great and was fairly easy to install. Miss Fix-It for the first time.

Scrap, instructions were incomplete - spring installation, wiring diagram wrong and inaccurate, float stem not threading into valve, also it was too long and too low. Since it's not worth refunding the postage, they should send the engineer who wrote the instructions and sketched the diagram back to the drawing school. The website doesn't help.
