fire hazard.

I'm updating my review. I'm using a different program because the Smart Play app isn't working. I couldn't return this printer so I tried to make the best of it. However, this plastic printer began to melt. This is a fire hazard. With a $600 3D printer, that shouldn't be a problem.

Not worth the money

I have 2 of these printers which I bought on sale for 100 each. The first car was a return car, the hot end was heavily packed. Tried cleaning it but to no avail, tried replacing the hot end with one of the 3 spares that came with the unit. Poloroid decided that a soft metal swivel nut was the best choice for attaching the hot end and also decided that it would be better to use an Alan wrench, which will be slightly smaller. The Alan key rounded the corners of the nut on the first try and now…

Cute and small but huge nightmare

This tiny printer is cute, easy to use and has great features. You can even make some really good, detailed prints out of it. But the unreliability and patented design make this printer a real nightmare. The built in lights, camera and wifi are good but I would have preferred more versatile parts on this printer. With two of these, I can tell you that it has all the usual problems of a cheap 3D printer, except that you can't replace defective parts because they use weird proprietary parts that…
