Probably not for fat women

I'm a tall girl and this was my first pair of DTS. They're just too tight around my ends. Not enough fabric to stretch, they cut off circulation and are too tight to be comfortable. I really wanted them to work and I am sure they are SO SATISFYING FOR THIN people but they are not made with enough power for plus size women.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • having problems

Best Hiking Socks!: Women's

I will always invest in socks that are darn durable, they will last a lifetime! It's impossible to sweat in them and they don't pinch your legs! I wore my last pair on a hike for 3 consecutive days and bought it because I lost it after wearing it over 100 times :( I live these new ones and can't wait to take them on new adventures!7.5-8 and medium ordered!

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Some problems

My new favorite brand

I recently bought a pair of these shoes before hiking. They're a bit more expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for quality and convenience. From the old traveler who introduced me to the brand, Darn Tough socks are guaranteed forever. If you return a pair of Darn Tough socks for any reason, they will be replaced free of charge, no questions asked, regardless of how long ago you bought them.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Only available in black

Well made socks BUT the sizing seems wrong

Very funny WELL MADE warm socks but despite checking the size recommendations they are too small. I'm not suggesting squeezing into shoes and socks out of vanity. I know my shoe size when the podiatrist measured me. The recommended size was MUCH small and it could be a huge pain to wear larger than the fit. Unfortunately they have to go back and buy a larger size.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Damaged

Good socks! But I had to go back.

I thought they were kids socks and bought the big size thinking they would fit BUT they really are women socks. I had to go back. Too bad because bears are cute. I will try to order the correct women's size that fits. These socks are well made and comfortable as I have other patterns and was skeptical until my husband swore the socks from this brand are amazing compared to many well known sports brands. buy you!

Pros
  • Hard wearing finish
Cons
  • Unfashionable

The perfect hiking socks

Wear them for a short hike today in nice/slightly chilly autumn weather and they won't disappoint. My old pair of damn strong socks were my favorite sock until I lost one - and these are even better with lighter cushioning. They still have good heel and toe support and match my running shoes well. I have yet to try them with boots but I think this is the perfect length for fall, winter and spring. These will probably be my new riding and hiking socks. If you walk a lot, do yourself a favor and…

Best socks ever, best clothes

I really love the Darn Tough socks. I never thought I could love a sock so much. I started hiking earlier this year and have been struggling with blisters. I've invested in good hiking shoes and the blisters have diminished, but I still had them after long hikes. I received these socks in the middle of two blisters and I didn't even feel any blisters during the hike. Since these blisters healed I haven't had any new ones for over 6 months. I walk 2-8 miles a few times a week depending on time…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • There are flaws
