Surprisingly wonderful!

Amazingly well made legs with free movement. They work very well with my 1957 Brother Select-O-Matic short shaft sewing machine and I've put about 100 hours on them and can't complain. Fast delivery, well packed. Just as good as the expensive brand name legs I've used before at a much better price.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Requires the clear FMS foot, works great

Although it came in 3 packs, I have so far used the clear closed point presser foot for free motion quilting and free embroidery. It works great - just like the 29.00 version I bought at a quilt store ten years ago. I use a Janomi Necchi sewing machine with standard low shank Brother presser feet. The seller was also very quick with shipping.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

After using all 3 of the best sewing machines

After using all 3 legs I found that I liked the clear plastic best. Full lap doesn't let me see where I'm going but does a good job. The open curve works well with low pile batting, but tends to "catch" the lifted fabric when high pile batting is used. The oval, see-through leg lets me see where I'm going and doesn't get in the way, which is why I use it for most projects.

Pros
  • Sewing machine parts and supplies
Cons
  • Not sure

Ideal for quilting in free movement!

I'm so glad I bought these Free Motion Sewing Feet! They are sturdy and well built and they fit my Singer Confidence sewing machine perfectly. I'm new to free motion quilting and my previous presser foot didn't let me see my stitches very well so I just LOVE them, especially the open front one. Aside from being able to see my stitches, I also feel less resistance when moving my project. I'm a happy customer!

Pros
  • Sewing
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Finally a free-motion foot that works on the lower calf!

I LOVE this peep toe foot! A low shank machine is not optimal for free movement, the arm of the machine can get in the way of seeing where you are going, but I didn't know that until my brother bought it. I tried the Brother Free Motion foot, like the see-through foot in this backpack, but found it too low on the fabric sandwich to go through the seams, and also obscured where I was going. With this open toe foot I can see where I am, where I'm going and my free motion quilting has taken a huge
