Extremely satisfied with Datx - best in class software

The customer service team is very helpful when you need assistance or clarification about your account setup! They are always willing to help if I am having problems logging into my system after hours/on weekends etc.. There really isn't anything that would be bad at this point but there could definitely use more features added over time (more fields). If it's not something they can add themselves then maybe consider using another provider? It seems like everything works great so far though…

  • Good Reporting Tools, such as monthly reports from various departments in our organization which helps track sales trends by month easily instead trying compare manually between each different program used throughout out business.

Expensive to implement and maintain for large customization requirements

I had no idea what was going into this project before it started! The scope creep is huge - when you realize that there are over 200 tables involved (and growing) then things can get very expensive quickly; not only from implementation but also support costs since so many people will be working through issues without resolution after release date or even longer than expected because they don't understand why changes were implemented like them until much later dates/times etc.. Great product if

  • It has some great functionalities, just wish we'd been able to use all features available for our application instead being limited during testing phases by their lack in functionality as well having limitations with performance metrics..a lot more work should have gone towards developing better monitoring capabilities which would actually allow us complete access at any time rather limiting options while debugging an issue..for example allowing me log
