Buy other brands of belts, hoses and pulleys

3 years and 30,000 miles and when it got cold this year the belt started squeaking like crazy all the time. Doesn't show many signs of use. The factory belt lasted 8 years and 80,000 miles and was only replaced as a precaution. I've ordered an alligator back to replace that awful dayco.

Perfect fit for my 2011 Sequoia

Replaced This strap feels great on my 2011 Sequoia. Be careful, these straps are STRONG. I recommend the HF Serp Belt Tool Kit, you will need to use a short extension to pull the tensioner all the way back so you can put the belt back on. Be patient, find a helper. Pure garbage! in the serpentine

The belt was removed for routine service at 130,000 km. Built-in Dayco V-ribbed belt 5080950. Squeaked like a pig from the first start. Seems too tight. Even with the tensioner fully loosened, it was difficult to install the last pulley. Give back the old belt and be dumb as a mouse. Unfortunately, my return period has expired. Now I'm stuck with a useless $50 belt.

Good quality replacement parts

I received the Dayco Gold Label Diesel Grade Design belt. Overall size 8PK2415. The belt looks well made and installed with no issues after you remember to slide the skid plate aside to remove it on the Tundra. The belt tightened with no problem. Along with the belt packaging is a belt routing diagram, although it is easier to look for the original belt seal when removing it. Some people have mentioned belt squeak elsewhere. Without the belt, I didn't hear a single chirp even when starting. The

Tundra 5.7L Replacement

2 year upgrade, belt started whistling a lot. A seat belt spray stops it, but only for a short ride. I've only ridden about 10,000 miles on the Belt in 2 years. I don't like it very much and have replaced it with a Gatorback serpentine belt. Goodyear 4080945 Gatorback V-Ribbed Belts 1 year, 5,000 mile update, belt squeaks intermittently. I replaced the pulley, thought it was in there but no change. I don't drive a lot of trucks so I'm just using a belt change for now. Initial Review: I ordered…
