My analysis of this product showed that it's not worth the investment. As someone who enjoys Arts and Crafts, I was excited to try this tool for my quilting projects. However, I found it to be difficult to use and the instructions were not clear. The only pro was that it did cut through multiple layers of fabric. The cons outweighed the pros as the blade was not sharp enough and it was uncomfortable to grip. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

This is the perfect clear fabric cutting mat for carefully cutting EPP fabric over a light box. I should note that the description says 'black' but it isn't and I think some people are confused by that.

Thought it was a self-healing mat but it isn't so I have small lines now where I've used it as a cutting mat that doesn't go away. Also, the grid on the top makes it very difficult to use a paper backing for gluing, as it is difficult to distinguish which lines are pattern lines and which are grid lines. Generally not great. If it didn't have a mesh (which they have for the next size up) and was truly self-healing, it would be much better.
