It is great. I built a Tacoma for ground transportation, but...

This is great. I drive a Tacoma that was built for country driving, but it's still my everyday car. I wanted to remain as flexible as possible, but regularly loaded up my car and towed a trailer to work. This allowed me to use the airbags but still maintain a full axle drop when turning over boulders. Now I have the ability to ride in the desert with softer springs, I can make my ride stiffer when I'm off the grid for a week, and no longer have to worry about the amount of weight I'm carryingโ€ฆ

Works great with Firestone RideRite Bags "Red Label " / 2017 Ram 3500

my 2017 Ram 3500 4WD SRW diesel truck. (Firestone Kit #2705) I drive my truck on trails and across country quite a bit, and I knew I needed them the moment I discovered they existed. The airbags stretch and severely limit the mobility of the rear axle and increase the risk of damage to the airbags. Installation for my setup was quick and easy. He deflated the bags and unscrewed the U-bolt that held the bottom bracket to the axle. Then I loosened a screw that attaches the bottom of the airbag to

Easy install, a must for full articulation if you have airbags

Very easy to install on my Tundra with Firestone bags. Remove the screw that secures the bags to the lower mounting bracket, then use a jack under the hitch to raise the rear end just enough to remove the bags from the axle, leaving enough room to move around to install the supports. Slacken slightly to check alignment before tightening - raise and lower the back end a few times to be sure. They're made of high density plastic so they won't rust or corrode and hopefully won't break. At least my

Fairly easy to install hope it lasts a long time

Pretty much every Daystar product I've had has never let me down and is usually made out of polyurethane material. However, these cradles are made of harder plastic. I don't really care about the material, but functionality and reliability are the two most important factors. So far these cradles have met my expectations. My biggest complaint is that I had to drill and tap the fender mount on my axle to install it. My Air Lift 5000 kit didn't allow the use of bottom brackets with brackets, so my

Just an idea, great product

not widely used, stumbled upon their existence on various forums. I have decided to purchase a kit for the airbags that I have installed. The main reason was to accommodate full suspension drop when the truck was on a lift in my garage. If the airbags are installed without them, the suspension will extend too far when lifted off the ground and the airbags may be damaged. Installation was easy, tip: take your time lining up the pockets across to make sure they hit the center of the stand. Theโ€ฆ

Everyone with airbags should have a pair

Just gotta say you should buy airbags if you have them. When you leave the pavement it gives you back your articulation and makes your ride that much more enjoyable. Even if you don't go off the roadโ€”potholes, railroad tracks, anything that causes the rear suspension to drop, it helps. I have a 2008 Silverado 1500 4X4 with a 6" lift. Every time I drove around town I was afraid something would happen to one of the airbag components, causing the rear suspension to fall off. At the Silverado 1500โ€ฆ
