Everything you need for 1995 YJ rear springs.

Perfect fit for my 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ. Front eye OD 1-1/2" with 9/16" pin hub. The back brace and eyelet are 1-3/8 OD and socketed. for screw 1/2" The kit includes 4 polypropylene bushes 1-1/2 pcs., 8 polypropylene bushes 1-3/8 pcs., 2 steel bushes 9/16 pcs. and 4 steel bushes 1/2 pcs.

Pros

not enough for the bushings

I ordered these kits 8 bushings -1.25 " and 4 bushings - 1.5" in them I did not have enough for the front and rear, I have 2 sets ordered. My jacks require 4 jacks 1, 25" and 8 jacks 1.5". So to make both front and back I need to order 2 more sets. There are 4 sets for front and rear. It took 2 sets just for the front.

Pros
  • practical thing
Cons
  • the packaging is not beautiful

Standard springs do not fit.

Most of these manufacturers are too lazy to provide sizing for their products. Something you might want to know properly. If instead of a general statement that they fit my standard jeep they would have listed a hub size it would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation. The bottom line is they don't fit the standard 1" spring eyelet on my YJ.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Good bushings but ridiculously little grease

Bushings appear to be of good quality but the amount of grease is ridiculous. The kit comes with a small bag of grease, barely enough for a set of shackle bushings. Do yourself a favor and order a good lube from Energy or Prothane as what is available is woefully inadequate and I had to put my axle assembly on hold until I had more lube.

Cons
  • Slightly torn

Check everything before installing.

First, if you have a leaf spring lifter, it probably contains polypropylene bushings. In this case you have enough bits to work on the front and back. If not, a jeep will need 2 of these. Second, one of the metal sleeves is pretty poorly made. It is heavily chewed on the inside and has a larger internal diameter, making it unusable. Luckily some of my old parts are still in good condition so I can work on the rear frame bushings. Check all parts before installation.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Band

Imagine my frustration when both axles fall out of my daily driver and then realize I need bushing kits per axle. Seems to be a quality product but it would be nice if they had various aftermarket spring options or at least a warning that you may need to purchase multiple sets. The problem I have is that I need 8 large OD bushings per axle and no smaller OD bushings than the 4 that fit in the upper caliper brackets.

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
