Fast order and delivery but upon receipt I noticed some damage to the packaging. Upon opening for installation, further internal damage to the packaging was found. One edge of the sink was bent but carefully corrected to make it usable. There was a small dent or dent on the bottom of the sink which luckily didn't go through the metal. Finally a little wear on one edge of the shell. We installed the sink and apart from these few imperfections we are very happy with the product. I would recommend

I love this sink. I've seen other reviews of shipping issues with some dents but mine arrived perfect with no issues. I see others talking about packaging and extra protection could be added to the ends of the box to protect it when carriers handle it at their facilities. Aside from the front right corner being slightly bent so it wasn't flush with the counter, the product arrived as expected. Upon receipt of the goods, this slight defect or damage was not visible. Only after installation in a new meter could a "dent" or defect be found. At this point it seems impractical to remove what I've already installed in a new rack after cutting a hole for this particular sink, so returning this isn't very plausible. The countertop cutout or opening required for this sink is a minimum of 18 3/8" x 32 3/8" and a maximum of approximately 18 1/2" x 32 1/ 2". The instructions state that the 19x33" shell should be cut 5/16" smaller than the outside dimensions or rim size. (e.g. 5/16 + 5/16 = 0.625", 3/8 = 0.375".
