The system is easy to use, has many different options for each user. It's very customizable! I wish there was more customization available at an individual level than what we have now. I like how it is easy access, you just go right to them if there are problems with patient issues etc! It's not very user friendly at times but that could change as we use this more!! However its an excellent system compared against other systems out there. I like that all my records are organized by patient, which makes it easy when i'm searching through them later! There is nothing really bad about this product so far because we haven't had enough time with our accounts manager/client services rep yet (she's been great though). If you're looking at an email client similar but better than outlook then consider using these products together as they integrate well - meaning everything gets pulled up under one account list instead if having several
