The system is easy to use, has many different options for each user. It's very customizable! I wish there was more customization available at an individual level than what we have now. We are able to use this product as our main filing solution for all departments within our hospital. From Medical Records to Patient Care Reports, it makes finding documents so much easier. Not only does it make things easier but also saves us money by not having to print out everything that needs to be done before sending off to others. There have been no downsides to using this software; however if you're looking for something with more flexibility would look elsewhere. This program solves problems when trying to find records quickly across multiple sites/departments. Eases communication between employees. Helps save time and money.
