Good quality basket. I would say as strong as a normal laundry basket. Very good size for washing and shopping. My mom loves it! I might have to buy her another one because I think I could use it too!

I have not had the opportunity to use this product. Seems strong enough. I have an issue with the cart that has a HUGE sticker on the front that won't peel off. It annoys me to pay so much money for a product and then have to either jump through hoops to get a promotional sticker off it or spend forever promoting a product with a huge TERRIBLE sticker.

Best Buy product. I take it to thrift stores, flea markets, etc. No more lugging everything around. I have no idea why some are complaining, it's not rocket science. You drag it behind you, so there's no need for a locking handle as you're always tugging on the handle when you pull it. Everywhere I go, people ask me where to buy them.
