As most owners know, trying to brush a cat's teeth is hard enough. This product has such a horrible smell that I wanted to put on a mask just to brush my elderly cat's teeth. Thats so bad. I don't understand how the manufacturers of this product expect every cat to accept this smell! I do not recommend.

I love these wipes! I see yellow plaque and bacteria on the pad after wiping my cat's teeth. Luckily, my cat let me in his mouth with no problem. The shape of the pad makes it easy to cover your finger and rub across gums and teeth. This is not a substitute for brushing your pet's teeth thoroughly, but these wipes will help prevent plaque build-up.

They smell awful but my dog LOVES them and tries to eat the round pad every time. It's hard to say how well they work, we've only just started and my pup's only discoloration is way down his back, but having been recommended by the vet I will believe they do what they need to do. They're expensive, although I'm sure others have mentioned.

I never would have known but our vet recommended using them 3 times a week after brushing our rescue dog's teeth.
