Replaced a broken latch on an RV. Easy installation replacement. I see that this one will break soon too. When that happens I'll look for something more permanent, maybe metal.

Ideal. My original latch did not stay locked. The new one does what it should. Complete latches should come with spare screws, but they don't. The price for a set of 4 pieces is high. This is the reason why I give 4 beginnings.

Place this as a second latch on an RV kitchen drawer with heavy pans; The drawer opened as we rounded the corner. The box no longer opens. It just takes a little more force to open the box.

Would have liked a slightly heavier base and slightly larger mounting holes. Motorhomes can withstand a lot of vibration and sometimes the box is so heavy that you want it to stay closed while driving and that's what breaks. rick

There is not much to say about the pressure lock. If you don't know what it is, you don't need it. This is a replacement part for our under seat storage cabinet in our Airstream. The only thing to note is the service which was efficient and quick. Good company to buy

RV latches were a tricky problem in our previous Tiffin RV but when we sold it the types of latches used in our new River Sunseeker MBS forest were present. I don't know how one of them broke but it was the perfect replacement. Since the fasteners are subject to heavy wear and tear, we will certainly use up the entire package over time. Feel free to buy them.

They are very useful around the house for cupboards and bedside tables. Many RV manufacturers also use them on their buses for drawers, closet doors, and cupboards. A 5 pound train is enough for home. I prefer the £10 RV version. You need to pay attention to the alignment of the cam (the part on the left) with the latch. If you move them you can break the latch. There are lateral adjustments on the cam and latch. Vertical alignment must be carefully controlled.
