🚪 Defender Security U 10347 Door Viewer: Enhance Security with 1/2-Inch 160-Degree View, Satin Nickel Solid Brass Review

This door hardware from Tools and Home Improvement category is a total disappointment. The screws provided didn't match the holes and the metal was so thin that it twisted during installation. The only good thing about it was the perfect 160 degree angle, but that didn't make up for the poor quality. The cons heavily outweigh the single pros.

There was some debris that was sealed in the lens of the eye (during production) and could not be removed. I've tried everything, this is a piece of plastic that has come loose and is 40% blocking the view. Without this object it would be worth the money.

I wanted to replace the brass-colored peephole with a brushed nickel one - without having to enlarge the current 1/2 inch hole. The Defender Security U 10347 was the perfect choice for me. The price was reasonable and I would recommend it to others looking to upgrade their current peephole with minimal fuss.
