it ripped off the internal gears on first use.

Trying to drive a small drywall screw into a soft (pine) board, it ripped off the internal gears on first use. It was a piece of junk! Still there, but now even more so.

You get what you pay for, BIG LEAGUE.

This thing smells like an impact wrench. Buy the Dewalt brand and you won't regret it. Thing might be good for a wrench but not what I need it for. I've been trying to use it to build shelves in a tight spot and pulled the trigger and it seemed like it fell off immediately but it doesn't, it just can't handle the torque. They make it better every day! Good for a wrench, but not for a punch! Sorry, preamble.

Works great on my power drills

I used a few different 90 degree impact wrench adapters. This one is about as good as any other considering you need three hands to use any of them. However, this has the advantage of being smaller than most. The first use was to drive sheet metal screws into a sheet metal heat shield over a gas water heater vent.
