Horrible Countersink Quality

Based on our own experience with this industrial and scientific drill bit, we found that the countersink quality is not up to par with what we expected. While the initial use was decent, it quickly became blunt and unusable after only a few uses. The price was also quite high for the poor quality we received.

Pros
  • Initial use was decent
Cons
  • Quickly became blunt, high price

Stay away - very low quality

Very low quality. Contrary to the shiny photos provided by the seller, these parts are rough and most of them are unmarked. Worse, the tips of the smaller nozzles are simply flat, while the tips of the larger nozzles are randomly shaped through rough hand grinding. They are also covered in sticky and smelly used machining oil.

Pros
  • Fast cutting speed and good chip evacuation
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Just awful for countersinks

Had to use a 2.5mm 60 degree center drill in a power drill operation and the sharpening concentricity between tip and shank was ripped off to the point that you could see its tip swinging back and forth. Pretty much the worst machine I've ever bought. I see others have given these products positive reviews so quality control may vary a lot, but in my case it was just awful.

Pros
  • Each drill is double ended and sharpened at a standard 60 degree angle
Cons
  • No automatic
