Impressive Laptop with Touchscreen!

I recently purchased a laptop from this brand and I am amazed by its performance. Based on my observations, it runs smoothly and is perfect for everyday use. The touchscreen feature is also a plus point as it makes navigation so much easier. Moreover, the design is sleek and modern. However, the only downside I can think of is the limited storage capacity. Overall, I highly recommend this laptop to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient computer.

Will not turn on 1 week after purchase despite full battery

So, 1 week after purchase the laptop turned off and did not turn on despite a full battery. I tried to contact the seller but it's been a month now and still no response. Don't buy, buy directly from DELL

Terrible! My touchpad keeps crashing!

I was excited when I first got my laptop but now I'm just upset! For the money, there shouldn't be anything wrong with this laptop, but there is! My touchpad keeps crashing, I'll be lucky if it works, but that's every blue moon. I do not recommend anyone to buy this laptop, it is a waste of money.
