Very fast! best in traditional laptops

The screen quality doesn't hurt the eyes like other laptops, but the Touchscreen is very convenient and the battery life is enough for the whole working day.

Be aware of the outrageous restocking fee if you decide to return your laptop.

The laptop is fine, it's great, but it's too small for me. I'm writing this review so you know that if you want to buy from Hot Tech Geek and for some reason you don't like the product even though they will refund you, BEWARE of the restocking fees. For me it was ok. So $150 was deducted from my refund because I only had the laptop with me for the day. Even Best Buy offers full money back within 2 weeks. 3 stars because the description or anything below doesn't say it. So stay tuned. It also…

Don't feed the sick monster

My problems with my Dell XPS started when I was trying to buy a memory upgrade. Dell sold me extra memory and then refused to take it back when it didn't fit. (I was later informed by Dell that the XPS memory could not be upgraded.) I disputed the charge with Visa, and Visa resolved the issue in my favor. My suggestion to return the unusable memory went unanswered. Now Dell's faceless bureaucracy plagues me with calls that wake me early in the morning and emails demanding payment. Not once in…
