Great new laptop for students.

This is an affordable laptop that is ideal for students. My only complaint is that the speaker didn't work when I took it out of the box and it wasn't easy at all to get it to work. New drivers did not help. Troubleshooting didn't do anything. In general, I had to reinstall Windows. Works great now.

The laptop did not start the next day

The laptop didn't start, I had to contact Dell customer service, they couldn't solve the problem either, they asked me to return it. Have used Dell for a few years, never had this problem

This is literally the best computer I've ever had. An SSD is the way to go, and at 512GB it's even better. Everything works right away and setup was very quick and easy. This can definitely be used for both general computing and general gaming. I personally use this laptop for graphic design work and it works great with Adobe software.
