We bought this computer for my daughter. We were short about 1 month before it turned a year old when it started not charging. I contacted the seller not expecting much. They responded very quickly and got us a new battery before I could blink. It didn't seem to fix the problem so I was offered a full refund or replacement. I have returned the product. Came with a broken keyboard frame. I understand this is a refurbishment, but this is a cosmetic item that could easily be replaced and make the laptop look more worthy. I couldn't help but stare at the broken plastic.

So in this case you get what you paid for. The hard drive died two weeks after restarting Win 10. I didn't contact the seller because I was planning to put a larger drive in the laptop. When I replaced the failed hard drive, I found that it came with no mounting bracket. The laptop is very fast and even with the hard drive issue I feel I got a good deal. I would buy from these guys again.

This computer was ordered for the fingerprint reader but it did not come with the computer shown. They didn't take the computer and didn't return the money. Without a fingerprint reader, a computer is useless to me.

The laptop is quite good in its performance, very good microprocessor (i7), unfortunately it has a lot of parts in different parts such as: top cover and bottom cover. In the photos I show, among other things, details (excellent details) such as chips, scratches and lost screws.
