Both times the item was broken.

Item was broken when first ordered. Received a replacement and when I installed the replacement it did not seal and the freon leaked. No, there is no way to return the item. I would not buy this item!

NOT ALL PARTS ARE INCLUDED AS DESCRIPTION SAYS!

Compressor not included ACDelco 15-5687 GM Original Equipment A/C Compressor High Pressure Switch. The instructions in the box say to remove the old compressor. Luckily I live around the corner from the Autozone and they stock it because the old one was brittle and shattered when it was pulled out. So add another $25 to the price or buy one piece that actually goes with everything.

Works perfectly. Very satisfied

Works as expected. It doesn't have a pressure switch on the back, but I was able to remove it from a spare compressor and use it. Looks like I have the real part of Delphi - sometimes I'm not sure if it's Amazon. It cost a few dollars extra. The system works perfectly safe to repair. Don't forget to replace the condenser and accumulator/dryer and the restrictor tube/expansion valve. Your last compressor failed for some reason, and the evidence is lurking in one or all of those components…

Leaked as soon as I put it on.

Ordered when I had my Hummer H2's A/C completely overhauled. After driving for a couple of hours, I noticed that the temp didn't drop below 62 at full power. Then I noticed smoke under the hood. It was a freon leak from the plug on my new compressor. So now back to the shop to see if my air conditioned guy can fix this. Texas hears 104 degrees and no air conditioning is no fun. I would recommend this "OEM " compressor

Purchased to replace one that failed in my '04 Chevy. Everything fit perfectly! Excellent purchase! The store charged $800 to install a new one and I did it myself for less than $200. Great offer. Good product. My air is as cold as a freezer. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a new one. Don't be discouraged if it's a bit noisy at first. It took about two to three weeks for it to sink completely. I assume there is a break in the period. This is a Delphi unit that is OEM installed…
