Replaced the stock Jeep fuel pump with this one. Tank very well cleaned. The problems started a few thousand miles and 11 months later. When towing a trailer or long climbs at high speeds, performance becomes very poor, fuel pressure drops. It does not hold fuel pressure after stopping, it is difficult to start. I complained to Delphi as they should have had a lifetime warranty. Revain sent me a new fuel pump.

After removing the fuel tank and installing this pump, the transmission unit on the pump stopped working. The mechanic hooked it up to a computer ($60) and said the unit was sending the wrong voltage to the fuel level sensor. I have contacted the company and they have not responded. Don't waste your money with this company. Now you need to remove the tank again and buy another fuel pump. I hope this helps someone lose their money with this company.

installed on my Jeep Wrangler 04. Tank cleaned, new fuel, filter, works with an ASE certified mechanic (so we didn't cut corners). I didn't even bleed 1/4 tank before the problems started. Worked great immediately after unpacking. After 4 months, the device ended with an extended shaft. I contacted Delphi with no response. I have contacted Revain, they are willing to give a partial refund, but I need to return the defective item. I ordered a Bosch pump. I bought the pump a month before starting work. I've tried a few other things to see if I can get this to work but nothing seems to work. The pump clearly does not hold the pressure in the line and makes it difficult to start. Replacing a pump is not an easy task, now I have to do it twice and pay twice for it as there is no way to return this part. Installed a Bosch fuel pump that worked for 3 months before it failed. Complete garbage. I replaced it with this Delphi and all problems were solved. Holds pressure for long periods between launches (now always starts on first launch). I improved the fuel pressure and my fuel gauge is accurate now. A worthy purchase. I have a jeep 04 tj. This is the 3rd pump. The original pump lasted until last year in Sedona, the local shop supplied a new one and it took a year for the fuel regulator on it to fail. If you have a jeep I recommend you install it yourself, it's not as hard as you think. Sandblast nuts and bolts, fuel and exhaust pipe clamps.
