I wish I could give 4.5 stars. First I didn't receive the power cord with the product and I contacted the company and they were very nice and sent it to me for free. Unfortunately it took about a week after I called for it to arrive. It was a bit of a shame to receive the item 2 days after ordering and then having to wait over a week to actually use it.
