It barely fits two adult mountain bikes, one with drop handlebars and the other with flat handlebars. The supplied bolts were sheared off during installation and in the end alternative 5/16" x 3" GRK lag bolts were used to hold these in place as they have a built in waffle head which acts like a washer and attaches them to the wall stabilized. Just installed tonight. I pre-drilled holes in the studs and started screwing in the screws that came with the kit. Got about two thirds and started to meet resistance. As soon as this happened, the drill slipped and ripped off the head. Decided not to force anymore as the screw head looked bad. I pulled it out and replaced it with my own. It's easy to use with a bike and the bike turns on and off with no fuss. It's less easy to use with two bikes; The first bike is easy to set up, but loading the second bike can be quite cumbersome. I installed it to store my 26" hardtail mountain bike and my 700m cyclocross bike. Both bikes will fit, but due to my MTB's wider handlebars, the handlebars are rotated slightly to fit. Also due to the shape of the MTB frame, my CX bike's handlebars also need to be rotated slightly. These are small issues with my specific bikes and not the product. I needed a bike rack that would hold my bike's extra wide handlebars and this one fits. The parts of the hook that can support two bikes are 12 inches and 18 inches from the wall when installed. This means the two bikes will be just six inches apart. Not sure how well this will work, but since I needed a full 18" clearance from the wall, this worked for me with just one bike.
