The luggage rack is great and perfect for my pain hole. I keep a couple of bikes upstairs so I don't have to move them around all the time, and I need organization; This rack meets all requirements. Everything is fine except for one small blemish, which isn't too bad. The rubber around the arms where the hangers wrap around the rack is very thin and flimsy. When adjusting the levers you can easily rip/tear the rubber. You just have to be careful. The rest of the stand is solid.

However, when I lifted the support arms, I noticed that unless they were far apart, the arm would want to move in and the frame would go down.
