Just installed it on my V8 4WD 2004 4Runner. Fits like the original and the installation went as expected. It was packaged well and arrived in Hawaii undamaged. It was also about $30 cheaper than a local part.

Fast shipping. Nicely and very securely packaged. Replacing the old original radiator with 04 T4R 4.7 V8. Appearance and same width 32mm (preferably V8 for more coolant). Not installed yet but I hope it doesn't drip. I will buy again.

I bought this Denso radiator 221-3124 for my 2006 Toyota 4Runner V8 with about 320,000 miles on it. My original had very small leaks in the bottom corners that I noticed on a scheduled oil change.
