Denso 221 3311 Radiator Review

Perfect fit - all screws are aligned. The radiator fittings were a little tighter than the original, but still managed to fit in without too much trouble. It seems to cool down nicely after a few hundred miles - will post an update if there are any issues. That was a good deal for a good radiator.

I bought this for my 2002 Lancer and it is a great replacement for the original. The only problem was the 2 top left mounting holes for the fan housing. The mounting holes are a bit low so I had to drill holes in the fan case to match the height. Other than that the radiator works great with no issues and yes it fits the OEM radiator cap.

So far, so good. Installed easily and with no problems on my 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally. Everything is aligned and fits as expected. This came with a pack of 5 screws which I believe were meant to replace the original electric fan hardware BUT the new screws were twice the length of the original. I'm not saying they wouldn't fit, but I reinstalled the original hardware.

cooler arrived and works great and the price was amazing. Now for the bad. Aftermarket part of course. The plastic struts on top of the radiator that fit into the rubber bumpers are approximately 1/2" to 5/8" from the location of the original radiator. I'm not sure if that was just bad form or if it was intentional. This leaves the radiator with a sloppy leaking feel and a gap between the radiator and the coolant evaporator.
