89 Oxygen Sensor 4Runner

Perfect on first try. I was surprised that it even came with a new ground grommet. The gasket is also an excellent seal. Good product!

Replacing the CA sensor.

Have a car with CA emissions. Contacted Denso who said it would be a replacement. Plug and play, no problem with new sensor. There were no problems with the previous sensor. I just swapped it out as a precaution.

Pros
  • It's great
Cons
  • Fix it

OEM at a very good price

The only downside to the replacement kit is the gasket. where the cables are routed through the floor pan through the grommet. The sleeve is sealed and the wire is secured with electrical tape where the original is crimped. No, over time, the electrical tape does not need to be replaced.

Pros
  • Trial year
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Worked great on my 1989 Toyota 4Runner V6 5 Speed

Fits my 1989 Toyota 4Runner 1 perfectly. I believe this is an OEM part and a fraction of the dealer price. Made a huge difference in my 295,000 mile truck and what turned out to be the original O2 sensor. I did this after a basic adjustment of the spark plugs and wires, cap, rotor and fuel filter and it was the finishing touch that my truck no longer needed a bad gas/exhaust smell at idle, was restored at mid to high rpm and the Fuel consumption increased and make driving more than comfortable.
