Garbage product, avoid at all costs

Automotive sensors are crucial to the performance of a vehicle. Based on my observations, this particular sensor fails to work properly within a few months of installation. The pros of this product are none that I can think of. The cons are its high price, its low quality, and the stress it puts on my vehicle. A complete waste of money and time.

Pros
  • Reliable and accurate readings for optimal engine performance
Cons
  • Some users have reported premature failure after a few months of use

2012 Subaru Forester 2.5 Exact OEM Replacement

Perfect OEM replacement for my 2012 Forester 2.5 (non turbo). Have and upstream. This downstream is very easy to replace. I did both at the same time. Forester has 120K and kicked P0420. No codes in the last two weeks. If you're going upwind from a P0420, do yourself a favor and do it while you're there. Super easy to swap out. Upstream is a bit more complex in comparison.

  • Automotive
Cons
  • Weak

Subaru Forester 2013 check engine GONE

Constantly annoying Check Engine Light (Traction Control + Flashing Cruise Control) goes on and off when braking or accelerating in fifth gear. Given the diagnosis of poor catalytic converter performance, which I believe was judged by upstream and downstream oxygen sensors, I considered making this small investment before a more expensive repair, or even taking it to the shop. Now I can say that it's been a long time since the last engine check and I didn't even have to manually clear the code.
