The Design House vanity added a chic and modern touch to my bathroom. Based on my observations, the installation process was straightforward and easy to follow with my basic tools. I was sent two different vanities and both were broken. The second time I looked inside the box and it looked ok, but I didn't open it all the way because it would take some time to install. I recently opened the second one completely to install and it was broken around the edge. I knew I was taking a risk by ordering a makeup bag online and now I really regret it. love lesson

This particular worktop wasn't our first choice but it seemed "close enough" to what we were hoping for and we decided to order it. Despite the higher price, we needed a vanity top that a contractor could install as part of a bathroom renovation project. The item was poorly packaged with inadequate support/seal and was disassembled upon delivery by UPS.
