The best thing about working with them is that they were very professional from day one! I have to say this because there was another agency we had worked for previously who lacked professionalism at every turn (weirdly enough). I like that it is easy to use - no technical knowledge required! It's great for creating presentations or documents with many pictures from different sources (photos taken by you). Also very good if one needs an eye-catching logo created quickly without having to spend time drawing each element of your idea yourself as Photoshop would be too much work at this stage. If there were more templates included when opening up new accounts they could help speed things along even further but so far…
