Everything our business needs & more

We have used this software for about 5 years now, it's never missed an important deadline or request! The user interface is easy to use as well. It has everything we need in order to keep people informed of their account status at all times. I do not dislike anything from this program. If you are looking for something that works then go ahead and give them a try (it helps us so much!). We cannot find any drawbacks when using desktoppro (other than the price). Great Customer Service & Excellent Features

The system is very user friendly, it has an excellent customer support team that always answers your questions quickly and efficiently. It's easy to set up new agents and add/remove features as needed. I dislike how it doesn't have a mobile app for iOS users like some of its competitors do. Desktop only! Also, sometimes when logging in (when using my work email address) I need to enter my password twice to get logged into the desktop version. If you're looking for something reliable and cost…
