Took a few minutes to install and everything works great. Almost identical to similar products at a much better price. Highly recommended as a great alternative.

This is excellent quality. Install it in my office and the conference call will be much faster. Love hashes from afar, can easily practice speed. Definitely recommend.

A great way to keep the game going during the winter months. The ball won't fall down, if you miss the hole you have to come up and push the ball through the hole to use the ball return to retrieve the ball. I believe the mat was not properly glued to the wood which created a gap that prevented the ball from falling. So in my case, all you have to do is bring the ball back to you with Ball Return. Otherwise it works great.

I only received it yesterday, please excuse the weight shown in the photo. This is an amazing rug for the price. The quality is great, the ball rolls perfectly and the ball return is perfect. I've seen the same type of rug cost a lot more from a different brand. It's the same "crystal velvet" carpet on the more expensive models and I'm very happy with it. You can easily tell the difference between it and the auto-return model with cheap felt next to it. No comparison between them. The half size

This is a very good ball game set. All the pieces of wood at the end are magnetically connected together so everything snaps into place quickly and easily. The mat comes out smooth and lays flat instantly, and the ball's return is smooth, with slight clicks of the ball on the wood. Don't worry about mechanical failures. It's all just gravity. The only downside is that the hill at the end is too high. You have to hit the ball well so that it goes uphill in the end. This is more of a fun pastime…

Automatic ball return would be nice if the ball didn't get stuck all the way up. The first thing I want to say about this is that if you happen to hit the hole in the hole, the ball will come back to you. If you miss it just a little and it lands in that crack, it'll get stuck, which is a bit of a shame. It's also a bit of an unfortunate design in my opinion. Most of the time, when you're studying, you get the ball and don't return it. The funny thing is that this area should return the ball to
