Great Tool For Team Management, Would Love To Improve User Experience

I like that it lets you set up multiple tickets per person in one account so everyone gets their own personal ticket for things they need to resolve without having another individual assigned themself as well! The UI is very clunky/slow at times when using over 30+ people; however this could be fixed by making more efficient use out our resources rather than just adding new features or additional users (which will only further exacerbate an already problematic situation). Best contact management solution out right now

The best thing about Devcontact is that it has all the features you need to keep track of everything related to customers. It's easy to use and very effective for tracking issues from our clients as well as other departments within the organization. I have not found anything yet which I dislike. This software works great! It does what we expect, so far there are no complaints. We can easily see who needs attention and when they're due.
