Professional use of power tool parts and accessories

I've owned this for several months now with no problems. Used daily, 5 days a week. It simultaneously charges two battery packs as well as other instruments connected to the USB ports. The ports don't support fast charging, but I charge my tools overnight so this isn't an issue in my case. It's a little bulky, but a lot more compact than a bunch of batteries and USB chargers in a drawer.

Does NOT hang on the wall and interferes with high-pitched sounds. However, it works.

Works well. Disappointed to find it doesn't have holes/slots for hanging on the wall like the DCB115. I bought this specifically based on the fact that DeWalt stated that it works in the questions and answers on this list. this is definitely not the case. He also makes a very high pitched cry. It's not super loud, but it's very noticeable and annoying to hear if you're working nearby while on a battery or charger. I don't recall my other chargers making that kind of noise.

Not so great in the long run.

So this is my second of these. First I got lost. The left battery connection no longer worked. With another product (the battery that comes with this charger), many people have experienced the same problem. Some of them tried to return under warranty but Dewalt didn't meet their requirements. I wouldn't try to return under warranty anyway but I trust their experience 100% especially since my charger has the same issue. Always left side and in other reviews. A bit pricey but it's a brand name and hopefully I don't get a fire using it like imitations

Buy name brand stuff, I don't play with Marc Because I don't want to shoot at my house when i'm not home so i pay them good money for good stuff, of course there are cheaper imitations but $50 cheaper, i don't have fire. I need a UL listed product built for Dewalt and designed for original Dewalt batteries. I came across an aftermarket battery online and will never buy cheap batteries again.
