I wish I had bought one sooner. This thing saves lives and allows you to accurately determine. I used the shaft to determine the height of the retaining walls around my yard and helped lay the first row of the block retaining wall I was building. Within 1/8 at 30 feet! You could easily get 5 stars across the board. But they had to get SUPER PETTY. Delivery without charger. I liked their idea of a 12v battery that comes with 4 AA batteries and is interchangeable with my other Dewalt lasers that use 12v rechargeable batteries. Until I tried plugging it into a 12 volt charger. It does not fit. It would be very easy and almost free for them to make it under this charger. But they want to force you to buy the $50 charger separately. I've spent thousands of dollars
