Fits DeWalt Crawler Saws

Finally found it at Revain. Annoyingly none of the local shops carry a 6.5 inch chainsaw. I suspect most chainsaws use a metric saw blade. It works well with my DeWalt 60v chainsaw and makes very clean cuts.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • High Price

Poor blade for power and hand tools

I purchased this Dewalt blade for my chainsaw but my saw continued to have trouble cutting through 2x wood. Then I switched blades to Freud and so on. I never thought that a bad blade could make such a big difference. Don't buy this blade!

  • Blades
Cons
  • Crumpled

New blade cuts less melimin than old blade

Replaces the original blade that came with the saw. The new blade shattered the melimin worse than the old one. The price was good. I'm not sure if the manufacturer lowers the quality to match the price. I will try another brand next time.

Pros
  • Power tool parts and accessories
Cons
  • Available in white only

Dewalt Chainsaw Blade

My only fault was not buying a chainsaw many years ago. I used to find it difficult to place heavy sheets of plywood on a table saw to make rip and cross cuts. Using a caterpillar saw, I lay the panel materials on a styrofoam sheet and cut them with a caterpillar saw. It's absolutely straight! These 6 1/2-inch, 48-tooth Dewalt blades provide a tear-free cut whether you're sawing from the back or the front. I recommend the Dewalt rail saw and its blades for all types of cutting of expensiveโ€ฆ

Front notch is best in Saw Blades, Parts & Accessories

My current saw blade became dull so I ordered a replacement blade. When I received the blade I noticed a visible notch on the face of the blade. Looks like a manufacturing defect. It's not deep, but you can feel it by running your fingers over it. Returned. I'll try Freud's blade instead. UPDATE: I placed the edge of the small combo square on the surface of the blade to check its flatness. I could wiggle the straight edge slightly in length, suggesting the blade was slightly convex on thatโ€ฆ
