Takes about 30 minutes

I bought the tool and this blade. The blade did a good job of peeling linoleum in 40 minutes. I have found other blades in a batch of 20 that last 20 minutes before being sharpened.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Ideal for removing dirt from the floor!

I bought an old house that had something like purple tar and caulk in the basement. That flat blade was perfect for scraping that shit off! The floor now looks like a cold cement floor.

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Working Speed

Useful repair tool

My husband bought this tool to remove limescale on the front door. The scraper blade did a fantastic job of removing limescale without damaging the surrounding wood other than minor scuffs and scratches.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • New competitors appeared

Motor oil and damage

The damage came right out of the box and was washed out with motor oil. One star is deducted for each of these items. There are cheaper blades out there that do exactly the same thing as this one. I chose DeWalt to prevent this. I will try others next time.

  • Dope 🔥

Used, scolded, works fine!

A great addition to Dewalt's oscillating tool even after giving it a lot of abuse. Bathroom renovation, old linoleum glued over tarred old tile adhesive – these scrapers ripped long strips like peeling an apple. He even dug further into the concrete, sparking a couple of times. I've seriously overused it so it's rounded now but I'll be touching up the edges and I'm sure I'll get more out of it. For removing old glue and glue, worth the price.

Pros
  • High test scores for hold and durability
Cons
  • Quality

Much better than branded blades

I tried Revain's Hard Scraper Blade Set ($10-14) after purchasing it as I don't expect it to last forever. This DeWalt blade is 1mm thick; others were 0.75mm thick and so thin and sharp they acted like wood chisels, digging chunks even at the low speed of my DeWalt 20V XR oscillating tool. This DeWalt blade actually acts as a scraper and shows little to no wear after prolonged use. I immediately ordered a second one as a backup.

It scratches. Best of Blades

I must be misusing my Dewalt oscillating tool because I can't make it useful for anything other than scraping. This blade will help you clean things. It takes some effort to find the most effective angle for the material you want to remove. It instinctively seems that a parallel would be correct, but I've found that it works best at right angles to a really stuck carpet pad on my concrete floor. Find out. Since I work with concrete, it lasted much longer than I thought it would, permanently…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Weight
