Too big for my 2 sockets in my Acura MDX (SUV). Gave. :-( Nothing on the list indicated that this could be a problem. Shame on DeWalt.

Got this for my husband's work truck. He works as a rough fitter on new builds, most houses don't have electricity so he's very useful for his electronics. , and the tool batteries will charge.

Electrical shorted due to design flaw in service where the positive and negative wires touch. Three 20A fuses blew in my car, fortunately the car was not damaged. Very badly designed.

After using this generator my car was gone! My auto tech said; Your car therefore displays the charging system check system. Your battery is excellent and the alternator turns out to be perfect too, but that's why your alternator has failed!

I really like this inverter. I bought it to use in the back of our Jeep Wrangler. Originally for charging DeWalt flashlight batteries while hiking. But the added benefit of USB ports was a welcome addition. Worked great on our recent 7 day trip. We charged GoPro and DJI drone batteries along with cellphones. Five stars!

Plugs into cigarette lighter. Ford Explorer. Put in a tight fit and pull the 12v cigarette lighter completely out of the dash! A thank goodness the cigarette lighter didn't pull the wires! Dewalt Plug doesn't even fit Subaru. Called Dewalt (waited 2 hours for a call) who said not worth taking another one. The new one probably won't fit either. All other 12 volt products I own are a good match. Sent back for a refund.

I use a lot of Dewalt tools. I wanted the product to allow me to plug my DeWalt charger into an outlet. It worked great when I used it 2 times. After 2 uses, the fuse inside the product blew. The fuse in the product is a 1/4" x 1-1/4" 15A fuse. I couldn't find any loose wires or any issues as to why this might be happening. There are only three good things about this. 1) build quality. It's very durable, with thick wires, a reliable cigarette lighter plug, and the device itself is very well built. 2) tone. It's very quiet, the inverter is very quiet and you don't hear it when it's plugged in. 3) charge via usb. Of the various phone chargers I've had, this one was pretty fast, which is nice. But the reason it gets one star is because it's downright terrible in its primary purpose of being a 110-120V AC plug. It's…
