These are exactly the same knives as for level 5. Whoever makes these knives for you also makes knives with handles (8.10,12,14,16). Have them all and they work great and don't rust after a few weeks of use. Good solid products and this stainless steel design is easy to clean. I will never spend €10 again.

I was looking for an alternative to a utility knife when I got tired of struggling with my "regular" 6 inch utility knife. dough knife. The 10 inch size makes it much easier to work with the dough and move it into the bowl after kneading for the final rise. And because it's made of stainless steel, it's food safe and easy to clean with no seams between the blade and handle.

Any steel containing iron will rust. As you can see from the magnet attached to the knife, they have A LOT of iron in them. If it had some iron in it and the magnet barely stuck, I wouldn't take it so literally. These are nice knives, but not stainless steel.
