I love these bandanas but they slip and slide on my dog. You are small, 20 pounds. To make the bandana smaller, use a seam ripper to remove the soft half of the Velcro. Cut it smaller and burn the edge to seal it. Then overwrite. This is a quick and easy fix. It took me about 5 minutes to make one bandana.
