DFM Small Carpenter Square

I love this product. This little square is perfect for woodworking and fits perfectly in an apron pocket. The workmanship is beautiful and very precise. I did not find any flaws in this product at all. I would own a few if I could, but times are tough right now. I bought mine on sale so they are more expensive now. You are definitely worth what you get.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Reliability

Precise 45Β° and 90Β°

I bought this to mark bevels on narrow pieces of wood like photo frame moldings. My 12" Starrett Combo Square is too large and cumbersome to mark narrow pieces of wood. Using my Starrett, this triangle measured perfectly (as accurately as I could measure) for both 45Β° and 90Β° angles. I would like it to be better if it comes with instructions on how to use a loose needle for corner marking.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Vulgarity

A square that's not square

Attractive tool made from a square in the USA?! What good is a square that isn't whole and a little 4 inches apart to boot? The holes are useless as you have to extend the 0.9mm pencil lead 1/4" to reach the work piece surface through the triangle and it breaks with minimal movement. The only good thing I can say about it, is that it looks beautiful.

Pros
  • The perfect 3.5" x 3.75" size for your bag or apron
Cons
  • Available in black only

Great little area but very expensive.

Fantastic little square. First, the square is perfectly square as it should be, so that's great. Second, it's also very small, easily fitting in a pocket or tool belt. It's perfect for two-by-four jobs, but for anything larger you'll probably need a larger Carpenter square. The workmanship is top five, the color is also cool. does everything i need

Pros
  • Large enough to mark 2 x 4 boards
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging

Just take one, you won't regret it.

I saw this mini square used by one of the carpenters on youtube and really liked the pin system but as I checked they were always out I noticed they have it so I ordered it along with the mini square I needed and couldn't be happier with it Most of the work I do is small boxes and toys for my kids so the small size is perfect The pin system for laying out corners is so easy to use Highly recommended Quality tools maker and I am very happy with my purchases.

Pros
  • 1/16 "marking holes in 1/16" to 3" pitch
Cons
  • vanishing
