Good product - terrible support

You can see that the tuner keeps its promises. However, the lack of even the most basic support kills this product. DiabloSport provides _some_ information that the tunes will be changed. Her answer is we can't tell you everything that changes the melody. But they don't even tell you basic information. The only information you get about the tune are cryptic names like "JLT 87 Octane" and "*87 Octane Tune". So you can only guess what changes you make to your car. It's a shame because the device…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Amazing car tuner for the price!

Of course you can tune your car on a dyno, but some people may not have the money or time. This product is very easy to use, it's based on common sense which I like. Simple light output, preloaded ringtones are amazing and everything you could wish for. You can also change preloaded ringtones. Throttle boosters, shift points, transmission modifications, spark plug temps, CAI and exhaust and possibly more. MUST KEEP CURRENT! I'm sick of seeing bad reviews because people don't update their tuner…

Pros
  • Nice to use

Programmer is cheap garbage

2013 Pursuit Charger 5.7 and 2014 Pursuit Charger 5.7 programmer crashed for the first time while programming the machine. The car was completely disabled for several hours before I was able to start it again. The programmer later crashed again but was able to recover. When I finally got it working, the programs aren't very flashy. You will NOT get 2 tenths for a quarter mile if that's what you're hoping for. You wouldn't have noticed him if you didn't know he was there. When traction control…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel

Definitely worth it

I have a 2014 Charger RT at 5.7. I updated the device on my laptop using a USB cable. The update was pretty easy but took a while. After the update was complete, I installed it directly on the computer. There were actually two settings for programming. The first lasts about 30 minutes and overwrites the default melody here. The second will be the actual melody of the performance. First I went straight to Diablo tune and gave it a try. There was a noticeable difference in response and how well…

hunger for power? - Engines and engine parts

This is a very powerful tool. I'm lucky to live in a world where more horsepower, fuel efficiency, easier towing, etc. are literally at my fingertips. I received this to fit as I added long pipe elbows, CAI, a throttle body and a few other small items to my 2012 Ram Express, but I needed an adjustment for the elbows. The male! I've never received such a slap in the face from Extra Power. It feels like the chains have come loose and steam has grown on my truck! The torque alone makes me feel…

  • Nice packaging

Unleash Your Potential

First, a little background on how I got here. I have 300 SRTs that I don't use every day. Recently it was serviced and it turned out that it had a problem with the active exhaust system. Replacing the part from Mopar alone cost nearly $1,800 (no trouble). The reason is probably the $10 valve which didn't work but was beyond repair. At the dealer's service department, they suggested that instead of replacing the 3/4 exhaust system, they put in a more efficient exhaust. After extensive research…

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Some difficulties
