Great customer service experience with excellent engineers

The team at DMS was very professional, knowledgeable about their product line & able/willingto train me as I needed it! They were also great people who made you feel like they valued your input - which gave us confidence that we could work together well long after our project had ended (which lasted only 6 weeks!). We started out working side by side for months before finalizing all aspects including design elements etc., but there are always things one can improve upon during implementation…

Pros
  • Customer service is fantastic; response time almost immediate in getting feedback.
  • Very helpful to help guide through initial stages until completion point where services would be delivered via email from my account manager along with instructions how best he'd take care over next steps while handing complete control back off into his hands once everything has passed approval level
