Not as described: Candles and candlesticks

This is not a single leak. it is tubular, and the answer to the question about it is wrong. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it wasn't a flat, one piece construction. very disappointing.

These are not real

These are empty hollow wicks that will burn unevenly and will not last long. The wick that comes with the lantern is not just a woven tube of fabric. They have a fiber/fabric filled core. More material means more burning time. This product is garbage. Don't buy this.

The right thing. Cut these wicks EXTRA LONG for LESS waste.

Yes, this is the RIGHT THING. If you actually use your kerosene lamps for a few HOURS each day, you end up CUTTING about 1/4 inch each day. I HIGHLY recommend that you CUT your wicks to 12 or 14 inches LONG BECAUSE there is always about 3-5 inches at the end that WILL BE LOST because it doesn't reach the fuel so those 8 inch wicks will just burn you about 4-5 cm (4" x 1/4" per day = 16 days of use until you get rid of the old 8" wick.) So if you cut off the 14" wicks and the last 4" lose, burn…
