Ideal for discharging, fits easily in a hair dryer and great for travel - doesn't take up space. I have a full size dryer and the mitt is a little short - doesn't always stay on the body of the dryer when blowing at full power. It's not a buggy because you can hold it with the finger of the hand that's wielding the blow dryer, but it would be nice if it were a bit longer or the open end of the glove was a little tighter and encloses the barrel. Highly recommended.

This thing grabs my fine hair terribly and pulls out my curls. Doesn't fit the purpose. And a real sock will do better. I also expected it to be bigger, but it turned out to be no bigger than a real sock. Just use a microfiber sock instead. Don't waste your time.

This is the second Hot Sock diffuser. I bought the first one from the store many years ago and it's time for a new one. This one works the same, but occasionally seems to fall off the dryer. The rubber band just isn't tight enough. A bit disappointed because it just falls off as it dries and that defeats the purpose of sparging my curls.

My hair is not thick. It works fine but I think the nozzle that comes with the dryer will work better. The tip of the dryer is thick and it takes time to dry the hair. When I used it, I did not completely dry my hair with this sock, allowing my hair to dry naturally. This method seems to work well for me so I don't over dry my hair.
